Lindsay Trottier, Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
Balance Method Acupuncture is a style of acupuncture taught by the late Grandmaster, Dr. Richard Teh-fu Tan. It is a style characterized by distal point selection (choosing points away from the site of pain) to garner INSTANT RESULTS. Balance Method is an excellent modality to treat pain as the practitioner and patient can see measurable improvements within the first treatment. In addition, advanced study of Balance Method Acupuncture has allowed Dr. Lindsay Trottier to utilize this method to treat a variety of internal and mental-emotional disorders with great success. Balance Method Acupuncture is a very comfortable style of acupuncture for many patients as any condition can be effectively treated with the patient lying comfortably flat or sitting restfully in a recliner.
Dr. Lindsay Trottier has been studying Balance Method Acupuncture since being introduced to acupuncture and TCM in 2007. She has been studying with Dr. Richard Tan and Dr. Eileen Han since completing her studies at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Since 2018, she is a certified Premier Level Balance Method Acupuncturist through The Academy of Acupuncture.
